Your Role
* Take responsibility for the sale of metrology products and solutions to industrial customers, as well as confidently lead contract negotiations.
* Independently manage your market, conduct well‑found market analyses, and systematically capture customer requirements.
* Take ownership of revenue and results.
* Actively expand the business, acquire new customers, and provide comprehensive support to existing clients.
* Work closely and in a goal‑oriented manner with the sales team.
* Play a key role in implementing and further developing the ZEISS sales team.
Your Experience
* You have completed a technical education, preferably with additional training in sales.
* You have several years of experience in selling technically complex capital goods, ideally in industrial metrology or the manufacturing industry.
* You possess strong negotiation skills, a high level of closing orientation, and solid consulting expertise.
* You have experience working with MS Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
* You have excellent German and English skills; basic Italian is desirable, and French is a plus.
* You are flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
* You are characterized by an independent, structured, and resilient way of working.
* You are a team player and value cooperative, solution‑oriented collaboration.
