JnJ has launched a multi-year program called ‘Innovative Medicine Transcend’ to continuously reinvent and reshape the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain through a business transformation program supported by the latest JJT Technology capabilities.
As part of the IM Transcend Program, the MAKE JJT Business Analyst (BA) will be an active member of the IM Transcend MAKE JJT team, supporting the global standardization of ERP business processes and associated activities enabled by the ERP, and the related master data.
The position will cover the system analysis, design, testing and deployment as part of the MAKE JJT Team, and will partner with the relevant Global Template Owners and Global Template Managers for supporting the preparation of the procedures, work instructions and training to enable the new processes to be adopted together with the system capabilities.
The Make JJT Business Analyst reports directly into the Make JJT Technical Product Owner (TPO).
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a Business Analyst for the ERP SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) workstream, joining the relevant Scrum Team.
* Support the MAKE Global Business Process Owner for all aspects related to the introduction of new SAP product capabilities in the Quality Management area (SAP Global Batch Traceability, SAP Batch Release Hub) and for the integration model design, build and deployment with all Quality Management systems.
* Support and enable the Business Process standardization efforts and the resolution of Key Design Decisions.
* Own the high‑level functional design for the related area and support the integration design in collaboration with the Technical Architecture team.
* Identify any gaps in the expressed requirements and recommend appropriate solutions using standard system capabilities when possible.
* Support the scrum team through program design, build and test according to the principles of the Agile methodology.
* Act as part of the pool of MAKE JJT Business Analysts to support any other program activities as required.
Qualifications – Required
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.
* Solid background in Manufacturing and Quality management processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing & quality.
* Knowledge and/or understanding in one of the following disciplines: SAP MAKE/QM or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, or SAP IM/WM.
Qualifications – Preferred
* Experience in S4 HANA or lower SAP versions in SAP QM module.
* Hands‑on experience with SAP‑based solutions and solid grasp of ERP/MES landscapes.
* Experience in managing requirement gathering, design, build, testing and deployment.
* Experience coordinating with external partners (e.g., system integrators like Accenture or similar).
IM Transcend program is global and may require travel to work with the business (up to 20%).
