Your Impact
* Support client projects in the field of Executive Compensation, including the design and implementation of incentive plans and compensation frameworks at both national and global levels.
* Draft tax rulings to confirm the personal income tax treatment of various compensation plans with the Swiss tax authorities.
* Assist in providing advice on remuneration disclosure and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations.
* Conduct compensation benchmarking analyses and contribute to client proposals, project delivery, and business development activities.
* Prepare and maintain client deliverables, such as presentations, proposals, concept papers, regulatory documentation, tax memos, and financial models in Excel.
* Coordinate and consolidate tax and legal input from various territories in relation to global compensation arrangements.

Your Skill Set
* Hold a university degree in Business, Economics, or Law, ideally with first experience in HR or consulting (e.g. in reward, tax, or legal advisory).
* Possess excellent French and English language skills.
* Demonstrate a strong interest in project-oriented and interdisciplinary work.
* Be highly motivated, with strong analytical thinking and outstanding communication skills.
* Show readiness to take responsibility and take initiative from the very beginning.
* Have a very good command of MS Office.
