Join to apply for the Global HR & Compensation Data Analyst role at ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. To join our Global HR Team based at our Headquarter in Switzerland (Lausanne), we are looking for a Global HR & Compensation Data Analyst, who will play a key role in managing and analyzing employee and compensation data of our global HRIS system ensuring data integrity, optimizing processes and supporting data-driven decision making. The role reports to the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager and involves partnering with the Global and local HR and management teams, the HRIS System Administrator, Finance, IT and Transformation teams worldwide. For this role, we will require someone who is highly motivated by data integrity, with a challenging and business-oriented mind and interest in improving the as-is.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement a standardized HR master data template for consistency, clarity and accuracy across data sets
* Lead and perform data collection, cleansing, reconciliation and validation
* Develop and implement solid control processes to drive and ensure continuous data integrity
* Monitor and audit data to identify issues and measures to address gaps and resolve discrepancies
* Provide training and share data expertise and techniques to build knowledge and foster a data driven culture across the HR teams and administrators
* Develop, maintain and enhance HR dashboards and generate required reports and analysis on headcount, turnover, tenure, compensation, etc. to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Develop data reporting from other sources (recruitment, compliance, surveys, etc.)
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation by partnering with IT, HRIS Manager, Finance and Transformation teams and ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
* Support annual compensation cycles (e.g., annual salary reviews, bonus administration) through accurate data preparation and system set-up
* Collaborate on organizational design and job architecture implementation
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or related field
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing and analyzing large HR data sets
* Business acumen, HR knowledge and understanding of compensation practices
* Experience in HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors, Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
* High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
* Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* Entrepreneurial mindset for obtaining, understanding and verifying data
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven interpersonal, communication and engagement skills to build solid relationships with stakeholders throughout the business
* Demonstrated competences in managing and thriving effectively large and complex data projects and multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, French highly preferred, Spanish, Portuguese or any other language an asset
