As Product Engineer, you are our innovator and product expert.
You develop new products and technologies and secure their intellectual property.
You are an expert in polymer, glass, or rubber products and related technologies, including the development of primary and secondary packaging.
You identify risks related to the critical functionalities of new packaging. You understand in detail regulatory requirements, technical customer service, and summary reports.
You execute complex roadmaps and customer-specific projects from conception to market launch.
You are responsible for planning technical work packages with senior colleagues and delivering them according to quality, delivery, and cost targets, in alignment with your project manager.
You support technical feasibility studies and change projects.
Your Profile
University degree in Engineering or Life Science
Work experience in product development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging (1+ years for MSc and PhD, 3+ years for Bachelors)
Knowledge and experience with glass, rubber, or polymer products and related technologies, design control processes, and GMP
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), with good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to plan technical activities and work on multiple projects simultaneously, with good analytical skills and prioritization ability
Creativity and ability to generate intellectual property
