360 Labs Initiative at a Glance
The 360 Labs are a new capability within pRED, aiming to enhance access and support for cutting-edge biomedical research technologies across our discovery portfolio.
As an integrated ecosystem, the 360 Lab will deliver core scientific technologies, expertise, enabling activities, and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning, collaborating closely with therapeutic areas and functions. This will increase the speed, robustness, and sustainability of our exploratory research and early discovery activities.
We are recruiting scientific professionals with backgrounds in Flow Cytometry, Genomics, Proteomics, Histopathology, and Microscopy / Imaging. These roles value collaboration as much as scientific expertise. Job Mission and Impact
We offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape the strategy of a new Proteomics Core Technology Platform.
You will have a proven track record of engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders, with a strong background in biochemistry and extensive experience in LC-MS and TOF-based proteomics approaches.
You will drive the early implementation and growth of the Proteomics Core Technology Platform within pRED.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Provide strategic guidance and oversight in deploying proteomics technologies across pRED.
* Collaborate with the Global Head and senior leaders to develop a vision and strategy for operationalizing the proteomics core platform.
* Lead a matrix team, working closely with therapeutic areas to prioritize and implement scientific strategies leveraging proteomics.
* Innovate workflows, stay updated with scientific literature, and engage with proteomics communities to evaluate new technologies.
* Seek automation opportunities to enable fast, accurate, high-throughput proteomics assays.
Your Profile
* Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
* PhD in biology, biochemistry, or related field with 10+ years of experience in academia, pharma, or biotech, with leadership in proteomics preferred.
* Deep knowledge of LC-MS and LC-QTOF platforms, proteomics data processing, and applications in target biology and biomarker discovery.
* Strong publication record and conference presence.
* Expertise in quantitative proteomics approaches (DIA, TMT, PRM) and awareness of emerging technologies like spatial and single-cell proteomics.
* Leadership skills, strategic vision, mentorship ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, network-building abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
