Electrical Development Engineer (DE+ENG)
Location: Wil - hybrid
Workload: 80-100%

What you'll do:
Design and develop electrical circuit diagrams and parts lists for machinery controls using Engineering Base, in compliance with applicable electronic standards.
Develop safety concepts aligned with required regulations and participate in safety analyses.
Select electrical components with a strong focus on technical fit and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as automation, mechanical design, and electrical assembly.
Prepare and maintain conformity documentation in accordance with CE and UL standards.
Take ownership of technical documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
What you bring:
Completed technical education in electrical or automation engineering, or a comparable degree.
Proven professional experience in hardware design and planning within industrial or machine automation.
Proficient in both German and English .
Experience with Siemens Simatic S7 and Rockwell CompactLogix PLCs.
Skilled in using "Engineering Base" software and familiar with control system construction for industrial machinery.
Independent, self-driven work style and a passion for collaborative, international teamwork.
