What You Will Do
Technical support with foresight: You provide remote support to our customers and ensure that their parking systems function reliably – from the city center to the airport.
Ensuring service quality: You process technical requests according to contractually agreed response times (SLA) and actively contribute to improving our remote resolution time.
Advising customers: You identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
Embrace teamwork: You work closely with the service team, Global Technical Support and our partners – and contribute your expertise to installations and upgrades.
Take responsibility: You will help us increase our service revenues, reduce travel costs and continuously improve processes.
What You Bring
Technical training (IT specialist EFZ or similar) and initial experience in technical support.
Basic IT knowledge, technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and empathy for customers.
Independent, flexible work style and team spirit.
German at native speaker level, Business English (C1).
