About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing proposals tailored to their needs.
* Your Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform your approach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams through effective communication and networking.
* Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and meet client needs.
* Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless transition of new clients and projects.
* Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales strategies.
Requirements
* You Will Need:
* 2+ years of business development or sales experience in advertising/marketing
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
* Strong verbal and written communication/negotiation skills
* Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Italian, with German being essential for effective communication
* Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and tools
* Experience with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
* Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
* Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively
