Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. As part of the new Group Product Office, the Change & Adoption department aims at bringing change management and UX/UI strategy and expertise for all Richemont Products/Areas.
The Head of UX/UI will be responsible for defining and implementing the user experience and user interface strategy for Richemont's products. This role will ensure that all digital solutions provide personalized and seamless experiences for users/clients across all touchpoints.
This includes developing and executing a comprehensive UX/UI strategy aligned with the Richemont's value and overall business objectives, establishing a design system including framework for the Richemont Group Applications, accountable for guaranteeing a seamless and consistent user experience and interface design across all platforms and channels.
The Head of UX/UI will work closely with the different Product teams to drive the adoption of new digital solutions and promote best practices.
Developing and executing a comprehensive UX/UI strategy is key to ensuring that all digital solutions provide personalized and seamless experiences for users/clients across all touchpoints.
The Head of UX/UI will establish a design system including framework for the Richemont Group Applications to improve product quality and consistency cross channels, fasten product delivery, and increase user adoption.
Key responsibilities include conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise related to UX/UI design, assessing the impact of UX/UI design on business processes and feasibility, driving business process changes and readiness related to UX/UI implementation, improving operations with the Product teams, and recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of UX/UI designers.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a relevant field, significant experience in Retail and/or Luxury with proven records, understanding of Luxury environment and its implications on clients and staff, deep knowledge of user experience and user interface design principles, proficiency in conducting and overseeing user research methods, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, ability to create and oversee rapid prototyping and wireframing, knowledge of project management methodologies, expertise in WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), awareness of emerging technologies, self-starter, flexible with ambiguity, and able to think outside the box under high pressure, and ability to engage and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders with diverging expectations.
