As part of the deployment of a quality management system compliant with X standards during an external audit, we are looking for a: Quality & System X Mission Officer at 100% Your mission As part of the deployment of a quality management system compliant with X standards for an external audit, you will provide direct support to Management. You will lead its implementation and ensure coherence between requirements and main responsibilities. - System X: Update, structure and ensure the reliability of quality (procedures, forms, records) - Verify alignment between the quality system and on-site practices - Organize and consolidate necessary evidence for the external audit Deployment and follow-up - Support teams in daily procedure implementation - Carry out regular follow-up meetings with responsible individuals - Identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and ensure follow-up until closure Management - Establish and ensure the reliability of quality management (processes, non-conformities, action plans, audits) - Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from the field - Produce clear and actionable dashboards - Contribute to performance reviews and quality culture reviews - Raise awareness and support teams regarding the requirements of the X system - Promote good quality practices - Participate in the development of an audit culture - Actively participate in the preparation for the external audit (document reviews, evidence files) - Support internal audits - Work closely with Management and the quality consultant Environmental Dimension - Have basic knowledge in environmental management - Gradually develop skills in the environmental scope according to the needs of the company Your profile - Higher education in Quality, QSE, or management (essential) - Confirmed experience (minimum 2 to 5 years) in a quality function with concrete implementation of a quality management system - Mastery of ISO standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 is a plus - You intervene methodically and effectively from your arrival and are capable of: - Structuring, formalizing, and ensuring the reliability of a quality system - Bridging the gap between quality standards and field reality - Leading corrective actions to completion - Working autonomously with rigor and demand Rigor, sense of responsibility, and commitment characterize your approach to work.
