Chef de Rang/Barman 5* Hotel M/F on temporary assignments
Your mission:
Ensure the smooth running of the service (welcome, service, follow-up, )
Guarantee a professional and quality service to the client and ensure their satisfaction
Follow the instructions of the Maître d’hôtel and the company standards
Your Skills:
Strong knowledge of service rules and techniques
Setting up tables, laying and clearing according to the instructions of the floor manager
Place the client at the centre of your mission
Knowledge and respect of hygiene and safety rules
Your qualities and prerequisites:
Impeccable presentation
You hold a diploma from a hotel school: CFC or BTS Hotel and Catering is an asset
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
You understand the challenges of a high-end service
Available without time constraints
