Job Title : Relationship Manager (MENA Market)
Role Overview : As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients from Lebanon and the broader Middle East region. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
2. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
3. Provide personalized advice and recommend suitable financial products and services.
Business Development :
1. Identify opportunities to expand the client base by networking and prospecting.
2. Develop a strategic business plan to attract new clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and drive growth.
Onboarding and Client Services :
1. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
2. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requests promptly.
3. Monitor client portfolios and proactively address any issues.
Financial Analysis and Reporting :
1. Prepare detailed business cases for client portfolios, including revenue projections, risk assessments, and growth strategies.
2. Regularly review portfolio performance and provide performance reports to clients.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably with clients from Lebanon and the Middle East.
* Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
