Responsibilities
* Managegeneral ledger activities
* Overseefixed asset accounting: setup, depreciation, and reconciliation betweensub-ledgers and the general ledger
* Supportmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
* Preparefinancial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors
* Assist inbalance sheet analysis, intercompany transactions, and reserve calculations
* Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and systems
* Maintaindocumentation of accounting policies and procedures
* Liaise withauditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, orrelated field
* 5 or more years of relevant business experiencein accounting
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Strong understanding of accounting principlesand financial statements
* Knowledge of Swiss statutory regulationenabling the proper accounting for the preparation
* of the financial statements
* Knowledge of Swiss VAT and statutoryregulations for VAT calculation and VAT returns
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and organizationalskills
* Availability for business travel
