In this position, you will participate in the acquisition of tenders and carry out price studies. You will analyze and synthesize tender documents from a technical perspective. Your main tasks include: Estimating the site cost and preparing technical offer files, especially for structural components (concrete, wood, frame), developing solutions and alternatives in collaboration with the technical service, searching for suppliers and subcontractors, determining all necessary resources to carry out the work in accordance with the quality, safety, and deadlines defined in the price study file (site visits, methodology setup, steering the study, calculations, etc.), ensuring the transfer of study files to the work teams by presenting and justifying the assumptions, and supporting site managers during the project start-up, updating price analysis files, and collecting ongoing data. Profile: You hold a degree in engineering (HES) or equivalent in civil engineering and have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in structure. Knowledge of demolition work constitutes an additional asset. Equipped with analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in all circumstances.
