Job informationDivision/Unit: Services / HR DevelopmentContract type: Permanent (80-100%)Location: Nyon (up to one day working from home per week) Start date: Application deadline: Main goalThis role sits within the HR Development unit, which drives UEFA's people development agenda by ensuring that initiatives across strategic HR partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee well-being are aligned, coherent and impactful. As our next People & Organisational Development Manager, you will be accountable for shaping and delivering an integrated learning, leadership and organisational development ecosystem that strengthens capabilities, supports our talent and succession pipelines and fosters a culture of continuous growth. You will lead a team of two HR professionals and act as an advisor to HR business partners and business leaders. In addition, you will contribute actively to organisational transformation by supporting managers and teams in navigating change and building future-ready capabilities.Key responsibilitiesDefining and continually evolving UEFA's learning and talent development strategyAnalysing organisational and team development needs in collaboration with HR business partners, managers and employeesDesigning and governing a coherent portfolio of development programmesDesigning and facilitating learning programmes and workshopsSupporting the development of a 'manager-as-coach' mindsetEnsuring the smooth and efficient management of all learning and development operations and overseeing UEFA's learning platformLiaising and collaborating with UEFA colleagues leading training initiatives to ensure alignment, synergy and community building across the organisationProviding targeted coaching for leaders and teams and maintaining a high-quality coaching framework and an appropriate pool of internal and external coachesUsing coaching-relevant diagnostic tools to identify development needs, support self-awareness and guide personalised development plansOwning and evolving the approach for promotions and succession planning, including UEFA's development centre and assessmentsProviding strategic direction for UEFA's health and well-being agenda, ensuring alignment with organisational culture and identified needsRequirementsExperience:7-10 years' experience in learning and development or talent development in an international environmentExperience building learning and development strategies and portfolios aligned to organisational needsStrong background in people development and coachingExperience in designing and facilitating learning programmes is an assetExperience with assessments and development centres is a plusEducation:University degree in human resources, psychology, education, business or a related fieldCoaching certification from a recognised institution Additional training or certification in assessment tools ( Insights, PI, 360 feedback tools)Change management certification/training is an assetLanguages:English / Proficient French is a plusOther requirements:- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expectedWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
