As a HR Trainee, you will support the full employee lifecycle while gaining hands‑on experience across core HR functions. This role is ideal for early‑career talent who want to build a strong foundation in HR within an international company with a strong Swiss footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Draft job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews and support HR Business Partners/Hiring Managers
Onboarding Coordination: Prepare onboarding materials, schedule introductions, and ensure a smooth start for new hires
Learning & Development: Assist with our Hug Academy project and support tracking development activities
HR Projects: Contribute to employer branding, process improvements & digitalization initiatives
HR Administration: Prepare contracts and support compliance with Swiss labor law
Employee Support: Help with general HR queries
Profile
Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
Previous traineeship or apprenticeship within Human Resources department
German mother tongue and very good English skills. Dutch or Italian skills are a plus
High attention to detail, reliability and a proactive mindset
Team‑oriented, open‑minded and eager to learn
