Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of Account Executives in the SaaS space, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities include mastering our sales process, coaching your team to achieve quotas, scaling the team as needed, and developing your sales reps' skills to advance them into upmarket or leadership roles.
You will also leverage your sales expertise to guide your team toward our objectives, empower your direct reports through training, motivation, and support, and help your AEs hit and exceed their assigned quotas and targets.
Sales Manager Requirements
* 3-5+ years of experience leading a team of AEs in the SaaS space
* A proven track record of success
* Strong leadership qualities and proven leadership methods
* A player-coach mentality, ready to lead by example
