Responsibilities
* work in a highly professional and collaborative position in an ever changing environment where you will be responsible for the documentation and execution of various debt capital market transactions for domestic and foreign companies
* provide market-technical, regulatory support and advisory services for all above-mentioned products to internal clients as well as to external clients (issuers)
* work in close cooperation with issuers, legal advisors (internal and external), regulatory boards, clearing and settlement organizations as well as origination teams
* coordinate with all parties involved in the various tasks, which might arise throughout the lifetime of debt transactions
Your team
You'll be part of the transaction management team within Global Banking responsible for the execution of debt capital market transactions, working in close cooperation with our legal specialists to provide high-quality and tailor-made solutions to our clients.
Your expertise
* experience in the banking industry
* sound knowledge of securities and finance business
* exact working methods as well as networked thinking and acting
* high degree of flexibility (intellectually/time) and high degree of ability to work under pressure
* excellent team player attitude
* fluent in German and English
* proficient in Microsoft Office
