Female Road Cycling Coach
The UCI WCC Women's Continental Team seeks a highly skilled and experienced Female Road Cycling Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, leading team management during national and international competitions, and identifying new talents.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop personalized training plans for female road cyclists.
* Lead team management during national and international competitions.
* Identify and recruit new talents.
* Plan and implement training programs adapted to each athlete's potential.
* Analyse athletes' progression, performance, and training data.
* Detect and correct technical or tactical weaknesses.
* Support athletes in their sporting careers and overall personal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Road Sports Director, coach, or high-level road cyclist.
* Degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or equivalent qualification.
* Federal Degree or UCI Sport Director Diploma.
* Strong road cycling culture and in-depth knowledge of techniques and tactics.
* Up-to-date understanding of modern coaching methodologies.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with solid writing skills.
* Experience with TrainingPeaks and WKO5 software.
* Valid First Aid certification.
* Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
* Ability to supervise track cycling sessions and competitions is an advantage.
