Technical Co-Founder (CTO) – MedTech Startup
We are building a MedTech startup focused on developing a medical device that combines:
* a wearable on-body drug delivery system (OBDS) for at-home treatment
* an implantable biosensor that measures biomarkers and generates longitudinal health data
The goal is to enable more personalised, data-driven treatments and eventually predictive health monitoring.
Chronic diseases affect millions of people worldwide, and improved at-home care, as well as better access to and understanding of personal health data, can significantly enhance treatment precision, improve clinical outcomes, and ultimately strengthen patient quality of life.
The project has progressed through early concept validation and stakeholder discussions across academia, healthcare, and industry. It was further developed within a NATO-funded deep-tech accelerator led by Stanford University professors from the Silicon Valley Innovation Academy, and we are now moving toward technical prototyping.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated student or recent graduate with a background in:
* electrical engineering / electronics
* bioelectronics or sensor development
* biomedical engineering
* medical device design
* or a related technical field
We are primarily seeking someone entrepreneurial who is interested in joining in a long‑term technical leadership role and helping shape both the technology and the company from an early stage.
For the right person, this could begin as an initial collaboration phase before formalising a co‑founder position.
If this sounds interesting to you, or if you would like to know more about the device or the team behind it, feel free to reach out.

Project description
Sanova Tech is a MedTech company developing advanced on‑body drug delivery devices for biologics and intelligent sensing solutions.
We operate at the intersection of pharmaceutical delivery and data‑driven healthcare. Our wearable systems make therapies more flexible for patients and scalable for healthcare systems. Integrated medical‑grade sensing and predictive analytics enable earlier disease detection and more informed clinical decisions. By combining OBDS innovation, biomedical engineering, and data science, we build solutions that are clinically relevant, patient‑centered, and cost‑effective.
We believe the future of healthcare is seamless, connected, and human.
We believe in care that connects.
