The collaborator will join the FX department of the company. /p h3Client Details /h3 pOur client is an important brokerage company based in international financial places. /p h3Description /h3 ul liJoining the FX department; /li liProspecting Lead Generation; /li liIdentifying and targeting potential corporate clients (SMEs to mid-cap and large corporates) with FX or interest rate exposure; /li liConducting research to map key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors); /li liDeveloping and executing structured outreach campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals); /li liBuilding and maintaining a robust pipeline through continuous networking in relevant industry communities, events, and associations; /li liRepresenting the company at trade events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and drive leads; /li liLeveraging existing relationships to gain warm introductions; /li liReporting to the Management; /li liLink with the other internal departments; /li liParticipation in the day-to-day in the office. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liSuperior academic backgroung ; /li liSimilar experience as FX Sales Trader / Dealer within a broker, an invesment and coporate banking or an exchange platform; /li liFamiliarity with financial derivatives - FX Forwards, Options, Structures; /li liStrong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven track record of executing commodity derivatives business with corporate clients; /li liStrong customer focus and ability to work in teams and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders; /li liStrong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company's policies procedures and applicable rules and regulations; /li liEngage prospective clients to understand their treasury and risk management challenges; /li liPosition hedging products and advisory capabilities effectively to meet those needs; /li liWork closely with structuring and trading teams to deliver bespoke solutions; /li liTake ownership of the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding; /li liMaintain detailed CRM records of all outreach and client interactions; /li liProvide accurate and timely reporting of activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics; /li liContinuously refine targeting strategy based on feedback and performance data. /li /ul h3Job Offer /h3 pOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a leading, fast-growing and dynamic company. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
