For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain Management (m/w/d). Your responsibilities
* Lead comprehensive supply chain PMO activities
for a strategic global integration project spanning multiple business units
* Drive end-to-end evaluation and implementation
of integrated business setups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
* Oversee workstream leadership
and design future operational flows while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business requirements
* Manage complete flow implementation processes
from conception through execution across global and country-specific levels
* Utilize advanced PMO tools
to create tracking dashboards and provide proactive monitoring of project activities
* Drive resolution of critical issues
and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective stakeholder management
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
between different business units during the harmonization process
Your profile
* Master's degree
in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or related field
* 8-10 years of professional experience
with proven track record in complex project management
* Advanced English proficiency
with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Expert-level MS Office skills
, particularly advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting
* Demonstrated expertise in integration projects
including finance systems, processes, and organizational transitions
* Comprehensive supply chain knowledge
with hands-on experience in end-to-end flow design and process implementation
* Life sciences or commercial experience
in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
* Strong leadership abilities
to mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
