Your role
* Project leadership: Direct and coordinate Facility and Infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, construction, repairs, refurbishments, or new installations.
* Project planning & reporting: Manage complex projects with detailed planning, KPI tracking, and progress reporting in alignment with the Capex plan.
* Supplier & contractor coordination: Coordinate and oversee tasks carried out by external suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
* Facility Operations Oversight: Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and building operations through coordination with airports, contractors, and service providers.
* Contract management: Manage facility construction and maintenance contracts, and oversee renewals, modifications, and obligations.
* Performance monitoring: Review and evaluate supplier and contractor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and service quality.
* Internal Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service and functional support to internal stakeholders across the organization.
* Emergency response: Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent facility issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Your profile
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Management role within real estate or construction.
* Real Estate strategic approach, asset management, monitoring of lease contracts with platform stakeholders.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Mother tongue English is mandatory; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
* Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region as part of a multi-site role (50-75% of working time).
* High accountability, strong customer-service orientation, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
