Associate Recruitment Consultant @ Panda
Together with a leading biotech in Vevey, Switzerland we are seeking a CSV Expert to define the validation strategy for an innovative data platform designed to empower scientists and end users with self-service insights. This platform aggregates data from GxP source systems (GLIMS, MES, SAP) and GrP sources (Biovia, Tetrascience), enabling seamless integration between R&D and manufacturing while ensuring compliance with data integrity regulations.
As a CSV Expert, you will play a key role in defining the validation approach and establishing essential validation documentation to support compliance and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and define the validation strategy for the data platform.
2. Establish the validation package, including key documents required for compliance.
3. Oversee deviation management related to validation activities.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Education & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
3. Hands-on experience in data validation and system integration.
4. Strong awareness of Data Integrity principles and related regulations.
5. Prior experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
6. Proficiency in data management tools and software.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
9. Capability to identify effective solutions for data validation challenges.
Practical Details:
1. Contract Duration: 4 months (with extension possibility)
2. Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
