Our Corporate Risk and Broking team with flexible working locations is looking for a Business Development Lead who will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance broking needs are met with excellence.
The Role
As a Business Development Lead, you will strengthen existing client relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, and drive portfolio growth. Your focus will include delivering bespoke services to your clients, representing their voice internally and within the teams when decisions are made, leveraging best practice from across the organization, building and maintaining robust relationships with insurers, participating in business development activities, and promoting our unique capabilities.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industry
* In-depth knowledge of all non-life corporate insurance sectors
* Customer-focused with a high commitment to service excellence
* Structured, efficient, and solution-driven work approach
* Independent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skills
* Fluency in English and French is key; additional language skills are an asset
