* Build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000
* Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers
* Manage & develop assigned named end user accounts within your region.
* Ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets
* Develop and execute the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plans
* Introduce the latest products and solutions to all opportunities
* Support and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in region where required.
* Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs
* Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings
* Collaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
* Maintain end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRM
* Maintain up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products
* Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
Profil
* Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts
* Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
* Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
* Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and / or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
* Experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM,platform.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
* Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
* Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
* Excellent Planning, Prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
* Show good initiative and enthusiasm
