Job Description
* Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with USGAAP standards.
* Support the accounting team with month-end, quarterly and year-end close processes.
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address accounting issues and provide solutions.
* Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management.
* Assist with audits, including providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the department.
* Provide expertise and guidance on USGAAP-related matters.
* Ensure compliance with ASC 606 - evaluating revenue contracts with customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Manager 100% USGAAP should have:
* A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in USGAAP and financial reporting standards.
* Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
