Location: St. Gallen
Start Date: August or upon agreement
Workload: 80-100%
Responsibilities
* Audit annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients across trade, industry, and services, adhering to Swiss and international accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).
* Prepare reports for the board of directors, management, and general meetings.
* Assess internal control systems (IKS) using a process-oriented audit approach.
* Assist with complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
* Participate in special audits and project-specific engagements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on Accounting & Finance or Auditing.
* 1-3 years of experience in auditing.
* Experience in supervising and training team members is advantageous.
* Progressing towards or willing to start certification as a certified public accountant.
* Excellent German and very good English skills.
* Quick learner, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
