Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Fashion Company, we are looking for a:
Technical Developer Leather Goods & Accessories
The Candidate, will be site in Accessories BU, will ensure the technical development process performance from prototyping phase to the final samples confirmation for industrialization, acting as point of reference between the company functions and the worldwide vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end industrialization process;
* Attend the final sample quality inspections in the factories worldwide, providing technical support to vendors ensuring quality and on time delivery dates;
* Lead the industrialization meetings with designers, quality, brand and procurement;
* Prepare, maintain and communicate all necessary documentation to vendors;
* Request and approve pre–production samples in cooperation with quality management;
* Ensure smooth collaboration and coordination with colleagues, providing technical support;
* Guarantee an effective flow of technical documentation and orders across company functions such as brand, design, procurement and vendors.
Requirements:
* At least 5–8 years of experience in the same or similar roles, ideally within international, process-driven, and quality-focused industries;
* Excellent knowledge of accessories materials, construction, paper patterning, machinery, and workmanship;
* Availability to travel up to 50% of the time;
* Very good command of the English language;
* Proficiency in computer use and basic IT tools;
* Strong organizational skills with a target-oriented mindset;
* Ability to manage complex business relationships and build a professional network;
* Strong team orientation and openness to innovation.
