A high-impact leadership role in a leading Swiss industrial organization shaping its next chapter within an international group environment.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Lead and shape the Swiss People & Culture agenda across two industrial entities within an international group structure
2. Drive the post-acquisition integration, aligning processes, governance, and organizational structures while fostering a shared leadership culture
3. Identify and realize synergies across all People&Culture domains, ensuring efficiency, scalability and operational continuity
4. Ensure consistent governance standards and full compliance with Swiss labour legislation
5. Support leaders through cultural alignment and change processes in a multi-site environment
6. Leverage data and people analytics to inform strategic organizational decisions
7. Represent the Swiss organization within regional and international group forums and actively contribute to broader corporate initiatives
Your Profile:
8. Academic degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, combined with a strong professional HR foundation
9. Senior international HR leader with a proven track record in transformation, matrix organization and ideally post-acquisition environments
10. Strategic business partner with the ability to translate corporate objectives into pragmatic, high-impact People & Culture initiatives
11. Experienced in leading and developing HR teams across locations, implementing scalable governance and performance frameworks aligned with global standards
12. Confident stakeholder manager and trusted sparring partner to executive leadership at local and international level
13. Resilient, solution-oriented, and execution-driven personality, with a pragmatic mindset and strong impact
14. Fluent in German and English
