We are a service provider offering real-time cargo monitoring services to increase visibility in global trade. As our marketing team is growing, we are now searching for a motivatedB2B content marketing trainee who has a passion for writing about technology and would like to collect practical experience with B2B marketing activities of a fast-growing technology company.
We are looking for you if:
* You have initial experience in content writing, market research or other related areas
* You like writing in English as your work will require you to write blog posts and create other long-form written content
* You are passionate about your work, and a great team player
* You are a hands-on worker who does not hesitate to take initiative and share his/her ideas with the team
* You are digitally savvy with interest in and understanding of new technologies
Main Responsibilities:
* You will support the Marketing team in their daily operations with respect to content writing, content management, events & lead management
* Support online marketing activities like Social Media, newsletters, webinars
* Write specific pieces of content (e.g. use cases, customer stories, blog articles, presentations)
* Coordinate translation of produced content
* Help with website refresh projects
* Support lead management activities
* Research Industry relevant information
* Administrative support
Requirements:
* Working towards – or just finished – a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related studies or apprenticeship
* You are a proficient user of MS Power Point and MS Word
* You have a good sense for designing visually appealing documents
* Excellent English language skills, written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
* Available for at least 6 months. If both parties are happy, potential for employment as a Junior Marketing Manager
* Motivated individual able to work independently and as a team player – Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Be able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder).
Preferred:
* Some knowledge of logistics or supply chain would be an asset
* Understanding of web technologies and some WordPress knowledge is valued
* Photoshop skills are a plus
* Some experience with creating animated videos, product walkthroughs videos is a plus
