Within a major player in the FMCG sector, you will lead the development of a brand portfolio. You play a key role in building the brand, analyzing performance and brands in a dynamic retail market. You analyze market performance and competition to identify your levers, build a clear diagnosis to guide decisions, recommend brand development, and define business objectives. You will develop and orchestrate a 360° plan with agencies and teams, manage the marketing mix: product, price, promotion, and coordinate product evolutions and launches with internal teams (Sales, Supply, Finance). You follow the P&L and actively contribute to the profitability of your brand, measure the impact of marketing actions and optimize accordingly, prepare regular reports and share key insights. You manage the marketing budget and adjust plans according to market dynamics. You support sales teams in meetings. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally in a retail environment, with a strong command of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data. You can formulate clear diagnoses and make recommendations. You have solid experience in managing a marketing mix and are comfortable from concept to launch at points of sale. You understand P&L issues and contribute to the profitability of your brand, managing 360° plans with rigor and a sense of detail. You create precise briefs and work effectively with agencies. You are data-driven and performance-oriented, managing a marketing budget and adapting your priorities according to the context. You thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment with a strong focus on results. You are fluent in French (C1) and English (B2); German is a significant advantage.
