We are seeking an expert Security Printing Product Manager based in Lausanne for our Production Equipment Solutions Department. This position reports to the Head of Product Management / Production Equipment Solutions.

Your Mission
* Lead High‑Stakes Tenders: You will oversee the drafting of technical chapters for generic tenders tailored to specific clients. You will evaluate incoming tenders and supplier quotations, directly helping institutional clients translate their complex requirements into clear, winning technical specifications.
* Master Global Partnerships: You will take full ownership of managing outsourced operations and negotiating with external suppliers, engineering partners, and technology developers. Dealing directly with these partners is key to ensuring a flawless, fully integrated turnkey solution for the end customer.
* Drive Strategy & Innovation: Anticipate market movements by monitoring customer needs, competitor patent portfolios, and the rise of competitive technologies. Leverage your deep expertise in advanced security features to define a highly competitive product strategy.
* Champion Our Solutions: You will supervise process development tests, support major product launches, and coordinate vital presentations and visits at both customer and company sites.
Your Profile
* Education & Experience: You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a comparable field. You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position within the Security Printing industry.
* Expertise: You possess deep knowledge of the security market and secure production environments. You have proven capability in writing detailed technical specifications and managing outsourced operations.
* Leadership & Mindset: You are a proactive, flexible problem‑solver who leads with exceptional professional ethics, strong communication, and team spirit.
* Languages & Conditions: Fluent English (C1) and a good command of German (B2) are mandatory for this role, while French is considered an optional asset. You are open to regular international travel to engage with our global partners, with occasional teleworking permitted.
