Position
In order to strengthen our Finance department, we are now recruiting a talented
Industrial Controller
Reporting directly to our Controlling & Reporting Manager, you will proactively manage, design, and deploy KPIs to improve industrial performance and optimize costs. By closely collaborating with the F&A Team, the Production & Supply Chain Team, and internal/external auditors, you will be a key driver in impacting your business partners across functions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
You will be responsible for updating standard costs in accordance with IFRS standards annually. You will analyze production costs to identify variances and recommend operational efficiencies and cost reductions. Additionally, you will support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts. Implementing process improvements and monitoring stock obsolescence and provisions monthly are also key aspects of your role.
You will develop relevant KPIs, conduct cross-functional analyses (scorecards/KPI management), and focus on monthly closing activities related to inventory, scrap levels, and variances in sales and Opex. Presenting findings to Senior Management and Manufacturing Managers during month-end and planning sessions will be part of your responsibilities.
Further, you will analyze and report on industrial investments, coordinate Capex reviews with operations teams, and collaborate with internal and external auditors. You will also assist in maintaining internal control documentation for annual testing procedures.
Profile
We seek a candidate capable of managing controlling tasks in two distinct areas of production. You hold a university degree in Economics or equivalent (HES, HEG, Brevet), with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You possess a strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting techniques. Knowledge of factory physics & supply chain management is a plus. Proficiency in SAP and Office, especially Excel, is required. Fluency in French and English is essential; Italian is an advantage.
