Relationship Manager – EAM Desk (United Kingdom) Develop the United Kingdom as a B2B market for Bank Vontobel, take over an existing client portfolio, develop new client connections, bring in existing client relationships, and be responsible for acquiring new business.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations encompassing multiple products and services.
Develop in‑depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences and overall wealth, and be responsive to changes in the business environment.
Effectively manage your book of clients and act as relationship lead accountable for the client experience.
Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment, fiduciary, credit and banking solutions.
Qualifications Education in finance or economics.
At least five years of experience as a Relationship Manager (experience supporting external asset managers is an asset).
A good network of multifactory offices and financial intermediaries in the United Kingdom.
Client‑focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
Solution‑oriented with considerable sales and financial aptitude.
Pro‑active, analytical, and structured.
Fluent in German and English.
