This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated IT support team providing onsite technical assistance to end users.This role requires hands-on problem-solving and the ability to work with a variety of hardware and software environments.QualificationsInstall, configure, and manage laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.Provide workstation software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Support printer installations and coordinate with hardware vendors.Deliver VDI endpoint support (based on SOP/KB documentation).Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/service requests for end-user devices.Provide basic application support (installations, uninstallations, patch updates).Configure Windows OS firewalls as per client SOPs, escalating to the network team if required.Manage e-waste and device lifecycle activities (device wipe, secure storage, vendor coordination).Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plusBroad knowledge of various operating systems and software applicationsRequirementsProven experience in Desktop Support / EUC roles.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, workstation setup, and endpoint troubleshooting.Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL-based support processes.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Language Requirement:Minimum B1 German certificate required.Candidates with A2 German (2023 or later) currently working in Germany may still be considered, with skills evaluated during interview.Why Join Us?Work onsite at leading global organizations.Opportunity to support diverse IT environments.Be part of a collaborative and dedicated onsite IT team.
