Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for resource- and budget planning
2. Leading and promoting employees within the Electrical Engineering department
3. Project controlling of quality, costs and deadlines within the electrical planning according to KPI's
4. Co-designing and roll-out of the department strategy in global collaboration
5. Monitoring of functional machine safety
6. Ensure compliance with our GMP and GAMP guidelines as well as our safety requirements and proper documentation
7. Close cooperation with internal and external departments
8. Proactive development of our products and processes
Hardskills
9. Completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or automation technology (FH/University)
10. Several years of professional and management experience in electrical engineering
11. Experience in Project Management as well as in plant and control cabinet construction
12. Basic knowledge of relevant standards for the global electrical industry
13. Fluent in German and English
Softskills
14. Coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team
15. Independent, careful way of working as well as high personal responsibility
16. Ability to recognize talents and improve their performance
17. Competent appearance towards customers
18. Very good organizational skills as well as setting priorities
