Principal Specialist Consultant at BioTalent, part of the IN Group | Quality within Pharma, Biopharma and Biotech - DACH - EU
BioTalent is partnered with a leading international engineering company in the life sciences space to support the hire of a Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in process automation and EI&C systems.
This role will offer you:
* Involvement in large-scale, high-tech industrial plant projects
* A mix of office-based design and on-site project work
* A collaborative, quality-driven environment with long-term development opportunities
You will be responsible for:
* Designing and implementing EI&C solutions and coordinating with other disciplines
* Leading ATEX-compliant planning and inspections
* Conducting installation checks and electrotechnical acceptance tests
* Managing on-site construction and coordinating trades
* Supporting functional safety according to industry standards
Key Requirements:
* Technical training (HF/FH+) in electrical engineering, automation or I&C
* 5+ years of experience in automation engineering
* Knowledge of Swiss electrical standards, ideally in pharma or chemical industries
* Willingness to travel to customer sites
* Strong communication and project coordination skills
