Project Operations Manager
Work model: Hybrid
This position is part of the Electrification, Smart Power business unit and is based in Baden, Aargau.
Main Responsibilities
* Technical site supervision during project execution, including the performance of surveys, standard calculations, analyses, and basic engineering design tasks.
* Independent assessment of defined work packages, application of established methods, and preparation of project‑relevant documentation within the assigned area of responsibility.
* Technical support of customers and collaboration with authorities, contractors, and internal interfaces in line with assigned deliverables.
* Support of communication for specific tasks or meetings, as well as participation in workshops related to engineering design, tools, and processes.
Qualifications For The Role
* 2+ years of experience in design and implementation, ideally within an electrical engineering environment (e.g. UPS systems or comparable technologies).
* Knowledge of project management, including methods, processes, and SAP tools.
* High level of initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Team‑oriented, solution‑focused working style with strong communication skills.
* Independent and proactive approach, high level of commitment, and strong team spirit.
* Technical or job‑related education or proven relevant professional experience.
* Native‑level German and very good command of English for internal communication.
