Ph3ABOUT THE ROLE: /h3 pAt Ascent Health Services, we’re continuing to expand our data capabilities and are looking for a Data Engineer to help us build and scale our data platform using Microsoft Fabric. /p pIn this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and decision‑making. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining data pipelines, building data products, and ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and secure. /p pThis is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, working with modern data technologies, and turning business needs into scalable data solutions. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: /h3 ul liDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric /li liIntegrate, transform, and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity /li liDevelop and maintain data products, datasets, and data models that support business needs /li liBuild and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights /li liPartner with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions /li liSupport data governance, security, and compliance requirements when processing and storing data /li liMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing data solutions and infrastructure /li liStay up to date with developments in Microsoft Fabric and related technologies /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field or Swiss Federal Certificate EFZ in Information Technology with relevant work experience /li li3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a similar field /li liHands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI /li liStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets /li liExperience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines /li liProficiency in Python and data engineering best practices /li liExperience with data modelling and data warehousing concepts /li liAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills /li liCurious mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve /li /ul h3WHY JOIN ASCENT HEALTH SERVICES? /h3 pJoin Ascent and thrive in a certified top‑tier workplace, recognized by “Best Place to Work” and Kununu as one of the top 5% employers in our sector.
