Our client, leader in its sector - sepcific distribution - based in Lausanne, is recruiting a FP&A Analyst. The position focuses on performance analysis, KPI development, financial modeling, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Responsabilities :
* Support the monthly closing process by analyzing revenue,
* Propose accounting adjustments (revenue accruals, inventory reconciliation, provisions, etc.)
* Monitor performance using KPIs and analyze variances.
* Prepare and manage submissions in HFM
* Lead the budgeting process: collecting data and uploading data into HFM
* Review Pricing policies
Profile :
* Master's degree in finance or an equivalent field.
* First experience in Finance, ideally FP&A (around 5 years).
* Good command of ERP systems (experience with SAP and HFM is a plus).
* Strong analytical and summarizing skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
