The Role
As a
Senior Business Analyst
, you'll be key to delivering transformation projects across
commodities trading systems
and processes.
You'll:
* Write and refine
User Stories
,
map business processes
, and design
fit-for-purpose solutions
* Work closely with
traders, developers, and stakeholders
to define and deliver requirements
* Support
migrations from legacy to modern trading systems
* Shape
testing and risk frameworks
to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions that add measurable business value

What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience
as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within
commodities trading
* Fluent
English
(essential)
* In-depth understanding of the
end-to-end trade lifecycle
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in commodities such as
Oil & Gas
or
Energy/Power
* Fluent French
(preferred for Geneva-based role)
* Consultancy background
in financial or capital markets
* Hands-on experience with
software and
trading platforms
, including but not limited to:
* Allegro
* Orchestrade
* Murex
* Findur
* Endur
Location & Working Model
* Based in Geneva
(client office locations in the surrounding region)
* Hybrid model
