As a BI-Reporting Specialist in sales management and support, you turn data into clear insights that have real impact. You develop data models and support our departments with reports that simplify and improve decision-making. You actively contribute your ideas to shape a healthcare system that evolves. Typical Daily Tasks
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs in the sales environment that are understandable, relevant, and precise.
* Ensure data quality by basing all reports on consistent, clean data foundations.
* Assist in defining and documenting relevant KPIs and take technical responsibility for their delivery.
* Handle ad-hoc analyses for spontaneous inquiries that influence operational and strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with departments and IT to actively shape our data landscape, aiming to strengthen data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
* A university degree in a quantitative field or equivalent training with a focus on Data Science.
* Proficiency in PowerBI, Qlikview, and DataBricks—familiarity with modern reporting and data environments.
* Programming skills in R/R-Shiny, Python, SQL, and DAX; experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
* An understanding of business needs, with a connected and analytical mindset to derive relevant insights that make an impact.
* Fluent German language skills; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous.
