Ph3VF Corporation /h3 pSenior Analyst Record to Report is looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst Record to Report to join our team based in bStabio Switzerland /b. /p h3Let’s talk about the role! /h3 pAs an RTR Senior Analyst, your responsibility lies in ensuring the accuracy and timely execution of activities assigned within the RTR team. This involves verifying data accuracy and ensuring compliance with USGAAP accounting standards. /p pThe role supports period-end close, General Ledger accuracy, balance sheet integrity and financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and statutory accounting requirements, working closely with the RTR Manager, internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers. /p pIn particular, the Record to Report Senior Analyst will support the Record to report team and the outsourcing provider with the following activities. /p ul liPerform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities in line with the defined close calendar /li liPrepare and support review of journal entries. In case that entries are posted by the outsource provider, ensure that they are compliant with the operational instructions to be followed by them /li liEnsure accuracy and completeness in record to report transactions to maintain strong customer satisfaction and meet agreed service levels. To ensure data accuracy, you will be involved in the review of the monthly reconciliations which are prepared by the outsource provider /li liSupport the reporting team in reviewing the variances period over period before the submission of the monthly reporting package with reference to the areas of your responsibility /li liIdentify risks associated with the execution of assigned tasks within the business process and elevate/mitigate/resolve as required /li liAct as a key point of contact for internal and external audit teams, including SOX‑related reviews and deep‑dive requests, providing supporting documentation and responding to queries raised /li liWork closely with the Statutory team to ensure alignment between US GAAP and local statutory accounting /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 ul liEducational Background: master’s degree in accounting /li liProfessional Experience: At least 2‑4 years of experience in Record To Report Processes (GL accounting) or experience in public accounting. Experience in an international setting is preferred.
