Based at our headquarters near the Lausanne train station, starting now or by arrangement.With us, you build the future and will be responsible for managing several project teams with external partners and general contractors, from planning to implementation:- You manage the planning and construction processes of complex and demanding projects in occupied sites, conversion, and new construction, mainly in the residential sector supplemented by office and commercial spaces.- In doing so, you will represent the interests of the owner and the fund to planners, authorities, and other project stakeholders.- You will also ensure proactive project management, from the development phase to the acceptance of the work, ensuring that the client's objectives in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, and sustainability are met.- It is important to us that you communicate skillfully and on an equal footing with the various stakeholders.
