Global Digital Marketing Leader – Voltaren
Background
There is an opportunity for a 6 month marketing director role in the Voltaren Global Category team beginning August 2025.
Role Description
As Digital Marketing Director you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality multichannel brand plans in line with the global brand strategy and market growth opportunities. You will also be a subject matter expert on multichannel marketing and digital cross channel user experience by driving effective and efficient utilization of global digital channels and content towards continuous improvement.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
* Adapt the global campaigns available to design a local multichannel customer journey relevant to customers and strategy.
* Improve quality and timeliness of gathering deep customer, brand and other market insights leveraging technology such as social listening.
* Develop plans in response to new or evolving customer needs and provide feedback loop with recommendations from content and campaign execution performance and analytics of key markets.
* Implement performance and impact analytics through the execution of content and campaigns to track usage and effectiveness for improvement.
* Lead development of creative campaigns, across media, including digital.
* Proactively look for digital innovation to constantly bring in new ideas and digital development.
Why you?
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Significant experience in marketing and brand building (digital marketing/multi-channel marketing, customer segmentation & targeting, campaign localization and execution, senior stakeholder management, vendor management)
* Strong experience in media (media planning, effectiveness & efficiency) and digital marketing including digital strategy, content creation, and e-commerce.
* Proven track record of driving brand growth in market and/or area/global category
* Proven track record of productive relationships with regional / local marketing teams
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Ability to engage cross functionally
* Knowledge of industry best practices and new digital marketing capabilities
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
