Join our team in Zug, Switzerland, and support our company in operating and expanding its commercial and retail activities throughout Europe. As an HR professional, you will play a key role and take responsibility for all HR processes, actively shaping them.
Your Mission
Manage all operational and strategic HR topics according to the annual HR cycle for approximately 45 employees in Zug.
Act as a sparring partner for senior leaders, advising and supporting on HR topics such as policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, and career development, ensuring alignment with group standards.
Serve as an accessible HR Business Partner for employees based in the Swiss office.
Integrate global HR processes and participate in international HR projects, representing HR for JC New Retail, including leadership guidelines, in line with global HR strategy.
Implement lean processes, guidelines, and procedures for HR topics such as onboarding (including international transfers), performance, and talent management, following P&C group guidelines.
Implement HR data management tools and policies to enable data-driven, transparent, and efficient decision-making.
Coordinate external partners like payroll providers and management consultants.
Develop coaching and training programs for employees in collaboration with the P&C Academy, aligning with group approaches.
Maintain close alignment with the CHRO of P&C Group and the operational legal entities in Germany and Austria.
Your Profile
Commercial education, ideally with a diploma as “Personalfachfrau mit eidg. FA”.
Fluent in German and English.
Several years of professional experience in a similar role within an international and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
Strategic thinking ability.
