Job Description
* Monitor and analyze HR-related costs (e.g., payroll, benefits, headcount) and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, turnover, absenteeism, and compensation trends.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Ensure data integrity across HRIS and financial systems; lead data audits and reconciliation efforts.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and trends.
* Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in HR controlling, workforce analytics, or financial planning within an HR context.
* Strong command of Excel and HRIS/reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Power BI).
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
