Your role
Do you want to improve the Supply Chain process and ensure the Supply Chain sustainability commitments are achieved? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Procurement Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
* Work with multiple business-aligned teams to implement agreed business, sourcing and real‑estate strategies.
* Help coordinate and manage initiatives, projects and related communication activities, such as vendor‑management initiatives, digital innovation and customer buying‑experience improvements.
* Support and foster working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement to help drive strategic initiatives.
* Be directly involved in day‑to‑day project operations, gaining business‑specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise in Supply Chain and related functions, e.g. In‑House Environmental Management or Real Estate.
Team
You will be working in UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Zurich offices. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services, supporting UBS by driving real‑estate, global procurement, and PropTech strategy as well as related services globally. We identify and deliver sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value, drive digitalisation, support third‑party vendor management, and help execute our sustainability strategy.
Your expertise
* Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the last 18 months, preferably in supply‑chain management, economics, business administration, business analytics or related data‑driven studies.

* Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
* Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
* Flexible, open‑minded, cooperative personality (you’re a people person).

* Structured work style, confident working autonomously.
* Excellent English (written and oral).
